Corporate Video

Probably one of the best corporate videos I found on the internet had to be this one. Kodak did a great job in getting the audience's attention right away. This was very effective because the speaker started off with a generous, sort of flashback of memories type of scenario, and then decided to break out into a comedy rant. This was very funny because no one would of expected it, and it was actually making sense on how we as the people thought Kodak gave up on moving forward with technology. Defiantly a top 10 video without question.

Aviat Networks also had a good approach to their video. Their main point was to make their audience understand that in today's world, the demand for technology is rising and how much it has currently come along. At the end, they describe their new brand they are using, as well as values that come with it. Overall, it was a very effective video that would help sell their product in the long run.

SoftKinetic had one of the coolest commercials. The main point of producing it, in my opinion, was for the soul purpose of showing off their new technology. Examples included, video chat from your 3d TV, as well playing games and using interactive voice to turn on/off the devices. Overall, I believe this was a very effective video for the main reason of marketing future products that people will buy. With technology on the rise every year, people want the next best thing, and SoftKinetic did not disappoint.

NH Based Business Pages

NH Driving Toward Zero Program is a very interesting non-profit company that specializes in marketing ways to prevent deaths from automobile accidents in NH. Something that stuck out to me on their page was the way they promote themselves. For example, they encourage people who have formerly been in accidents to share their stories and let them share them for everyone else to see. In my opinion, this is a bold move on their part because people often want to forget about the bad parts of their past, but if can prevent another loss of life, why not? Finally, a good marketing strategy they use is by setting up at local events to spread the word of good driving and to always be careful. These usually take place at festivals such as Chilli Festivals or other promotional areas.

Runner's Alley New Hampshire is a unique kind of business. Having three shops in the local New Hampshire area, this retail store of shoe's promotes there products in a variety of ways. For example, they have uploaded a YouTube video showing their shoes in action, from running to hiking, it averaged in over 200 likes. Close to 2000 likes on their Facebook is big step forward for a basic sized company. One thing I did like a lot was the fact that their all about community and making sure they can help out in any way. The only thing I would change is to try and make the stores more known in  all locations so that the likes may go from 2000 to 5000!

American Cancer Society in New Hampshire is a vital organization that helps millions in the state find relief from their cancer by participating in walks, marathons and charity events. Being able to raise money is the big ticket item to this organization, and after looking at their page, they have succeeded. For example, in one marathon they raised over $600,000! This years goal for them is to try and raise more than that. Also, it was mentioned in a post and picture, that they attended Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Ma and received a check for $50,000 from Robert Kraft. In my opinion, this is a great way to market their organization and to get more people on board. Finally, one thing I believe they could do to further get their name out there past 100 likes would be to mention their page name at events and at colleges who sponsor the events. Overall fighting for cancer is a wonderful thing and every effort counts towards success.
